We're finally back in Lincoln after 24 nights away from home. Our trip started out with 10 days in Utah for Christmas. We had fun seeing the whole family and going to the Nutcracker, and Brett went skiing while I had a nice lunch with Brooke and Sarah. New Year's was spent in Missouri where my mom helped me finish the quilt I was making for Jason and Crystal. Then we flew to Florida to head out on our Caribbean cruise. The warm weather was a welcome change, and we enjoyed seeing new parts of the world. In Panama we saw the canal and went kayaking on a nearby lake surrounded by trees full of sloths and howler monkeys. In Costa Rica we went white water rafting down a river in the middle of the jungle, and we saw lots of the countryside with bananas, pineapples, and coconuts growing everywhere. Our anniversary was spent in the middle of the sea--hooray for 2 years of marriage! We finished up in Belize where we snorkeled by the barrier reef and explored a tiny island surrounded by crystal clear water. Then it was back to Missouri for Jason and Crystal's wedding, which was beautiful, and we finished up by being present for Aubrey's blessing at church today. Here are a few pictures of our adventures...

Cute pictures. Your vacations sounds so inviting right now, I would love 21 days off. Congrats on your 2nd anniversary!!! That is AWESOME!
That was like the mother of all vacations. I am jealous that you got to see all of Sarah's kids! I hope that going back to work isn't too awful!
Well I am glad that you guys got to go on such a great vacation. That is fun that you were on another cruise for your 2 year celebration. It sounds like it was a funner experience that the last time, not being sick and all. I am also pleased that my family and brooke's was a highlight of your trip. It was a good mini reunion. A note to Katie, I think if you come to Salt Lake again we are just going to have to arrange a lunch date. It worked out suprisingly well. Aside from Brooke and Ryan having to wait for a table for an hour and a little bit. Kari, I wish you the best of luck ajusting to the real world again. In away I am sure it is refreshing. I miss everyone. I look forward to further disscussion of a reunion.
You got to see Brooke and Sarah - no fair!!!
Hooray for you and all the vacationing - good times.
Ok, what an awesome trip. The cruise sounds A-MAZing!!
Your bride's maids dresses are so beautiful! I want to see more pictures of this.
I'm still in Florida, but I can't wait to hear more details when I return Wed.
