Reunion!?!

Yo, yo... Ok I am getting more and more excited for this reunion. I'll go ahead and take charge. Afterall I was, at one time, known as the "ring leader" of this operation! (per Tom from Apt#330) HA! Anyway, vote on your preferred dates to get together -- or propose a new date.

When should we REUNITE??

February 15-18 (President's Day)
April 4-6 (Conference weekend)

Things have been pretty busy for the Doug and I with all our little trips this past month. Keeping up with all our work has been interesting -- the house is a freaking mess! We both enjoyed our trips to St Louis and to a few cities around the state... Our next trip will be to Puerto Rico in December. The VA is sending me out to shadow my mentor for my leadership program, and he just happens to live in PR. Yay! I am pretty stoked about it. Doug is going to come too, so at least we'll get to see it all together. We can't wait! Now, we've just got to find some good fares so we can afford his ticket. At least mine will be covered :)

Here are some shots of me in St Louis. The first is of me with my project group that I will be working with the rest of the program. The second is of my mentor and I.

One more -- I know that all of you don't care about our babies as much as we do, but our doggies are the same size now!! Frankie actually surpassed Seua by 5 lbs at their last vet visit! They are still wearing me out everyday. I have to walk them separately so I can even control the leash. I just love them so much...

Love you guys! Miss you...

Hey All! Just wanted to share a little video of Easton. He is starting to walk a bit on his own and is pretty good at walking with his walker. Pay no attention to me in the video...I am a dork. We are good here in LA. I am headed to CO next week for 10 days to hang out with the fam...I am excited but wish I didn't have to leave Rob for so long. We are going to be in Utah for Thanksgiving so if anyone else is there we should get together. I really think that we need to plan a reunion for sometime soon...I am pretty open for dates! Anyhoo...I hope to see everyone soon! Much Love!

My time in the Tetons

I just got back from a quick trip to Idaho. I actually almost got stranded in Denver on the way out there, because it was snowing too hard in Idaho Falls for them to let us take off! Thankfully the weather cooperated, and I was able to meet my precious niece.:) Aubrey is so cute with her little button nose, and has such a little personality. I had a great time holding her and learning all her funny faces. She amazed me with how strong she is, holding her head up and grabbing my fingers, all the while feeling as light as a feather in my arms. She loves to sleep with her hands above her head, and when she gets the hiccups (which is a lot) she makes a cute little squeaking noise! She really is a good baby, even though she's on the billi blanket 24-7 right now because she has jaundice. Now she's just a glow worm for a few days. Kristen, Steve, and my dad all got the stomach flu this week so I'm glad my mom, David, and I were there to help out a bit. Kristen and Steve are both wonderful parents, and Aubrey is definitely getting plenty of attention...everyone wants to hold her all the time.:) I also got to visit with Jeff and Katie Peterson, and meet their son Grady. He's adorable, and it was so fun to hold him even though I did make him cry! They have a beautiful home in Idaho Falls and are such a cute little family. Anyway, here's a few pictures of the babies...

Is that what I think it is???

Ok before you freak out...no that is most definitely not me! This happens to be the hand of my 24 year old brother's girlfriend whom he just proposed to on Saturday after 6 weeks of dating (give or take a week) and they are to be wed in December...yikes! Good times - congrats to the youngans!

Cheesecake Factory

I thought it would be important for all of you to know that there is a Cheesecake Factory opening soon at the Fashion Place mall in SLC. Now it is offical. We can have a reunion in SLC at conference time!

I Love to See the Temple

So the temple experience was simply put... amazing! On Friday I received my endowments and on Saturday we were sealed. On Friday it was great to have my family and friends with me and if I looked at people I would start to cry. I think the fact that I was finally there and able to be there with so many good people it overwhelmed me. Then came Saturday. It was so wonderful to be there with Brad, my wonderful husband. I felt our bond strenghten. Then came in our three little angels. There wasn't a dry eye in the house. They were perfect. Mason sat on the alter and smiled at the sealer. Noah and Wyatt were so peaceful and as my mom says, they knew how important that was. Noah still talks about it and makes cute comments almost on a daily basis. I just have to say you girls were with me in my heart because I saw Brooke on friday and Saturday and it made me cry because I was happy that she could be there, but also happy because I though of you gals and what a support and example everyone has been to me. I am excited to get to go back to the Temple. There is nothing else like it! Hopefully we can all go together sometime soon. I wish I had some better pictures to post. Getting three young children to take pictures is a difficult and exhausting task. On another subject... Brad left for Brazil today for 11 days. It should be interesting to say the least.

Aubrey is here!

So for those of you who haven't heard yet, a few hours after Kristen's post last night she went into labor! Aubrey Michelle was born at 4:12pm today (exactly one month early), is 7 lbs., and 19 inches. Mom and baby are both doing well. You can see a few pictures on our family blog: www.624kents.blogspot.com. I'm heading out there with my parents tomorrow, so I'll be sure to post pictures here soon!
